Terms of Service
Effective date: June 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Glanced and WaveScout (the "service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
WaveScout is a creator-led growth intelligence workflow for startups and products. It provides AI-assisted go-to-market support, creator discovery, product intelligence, and workflow planning. It helps users analyze product positioning, authorized TikTok account content, creator-fit signals, trend waves, and human-reviewed outreach recommendations.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and the rules and policies of any platform you use through or alongside the service.
- Refrain from spam, scraping, harassment, unauthorized automation, and unlawful outreach.
4. TikTok and Third-Party Platforms
TikTok and other platforms are independent third parties. You are responsible for complying with their terms and policies. The service does not scrape TikTok, does not use DM automation, and does not publish content on your behalf. Any TikTok API access must be authorized by you and limited to approved scopes.
5. Human Review Required
Recommendations and drafts produced by the service are informational only. You must review and approve them before contacting creators or publishing anything. Outreach is draft-only and sending is not enabled by default (send_allowed is false by default).
6. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including replies, revenue, growth, views, conversions, or platform approval. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to:
- Scrape or harvest data in violation of any platform's terms.
- Misuse credentials or access accounts you are not authorized to use.
- Send spam or conduct unauthorized data collection.
- Circumvent platform restrictions or protections.
- Create or distribute illegal or harmful content.
- Violate the policies of any platform you interact with.
8. Intellectual Property
The application and its materials belong to the operator. Content you provide remains your responsibility, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
9. Third-Party Services
The service may integrate with third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service. The service is offered by an early-stage product, and you use it at your own discretion and risk.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for misuse or violation of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
